Hi, I’m Terry Havard, the founder of HR Saint. I am a HR consultant based in the heart of Staffordshire and proudly supporting clients across the UK.

After many years in senior HR roles, I started HR Saint with a primary goal: to give small and growing businesses easy access to expert, down-to-earth HR support. I believe small businesses are the backbone of our economy – when they thrive, communities thrive too.

I’m CIPD qualified, commercially minded, and genuinely passionate about helping business owners get the best from their people while protecting the business.
